Digital & Social Media Champion Award Criteria: • Focus of content – either a single post or series - is NY agriculture and food for the consumption by a general audience. • The content creator must be clearly identified. • Using a professional, widely used platform, posts should be dated between 10/1 of the previous year and 10/1 of the current year. • Nominations should identify how content has helped shape or change public perceptions concerning NY agriculture and food or has encouraged the dissemination of new information/skills. Submissions may also include analytics highlighting digital reach.

Journalism Award Criteria: • Focus of content is NY agriculture and food, published/released through professional media, to the general public. • Content is published/released between 10/1 of the previous year and 10/1 of the current year. • Author(s) of content is clearly identified. • Nominations should identify how content has helped shape or change public perceptions concerning NY agriculture and food or has encouraged the dissemination of new information/skills.
