All exhibitors MUST register to attend the Forum.  (Co-Sponsor, Gold & Silver: see business member benefits for comp registrations)

Logistics:

  • Booth space includes: One 6-foot table, table linen & 2 chairs (additional needs, ie. Electrical outlet must be requested on exhibitor form)
  • Setup must be completed by 8:00 am on Thursday morning (there is no Wednesday evening setup)
  • Tear down between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm
